Highlights from the First Voices of Transformation: Women Leading Data & Tech

The very first Voices of Transformation meetup took place on January 28, 2026, at the Prague University of Economics and Business, and exceeded all expectations. With a packed room and lively discussion, it confirmed the demand for honest, practical conversations about how data and AI are reshaping not only business, but also everyday life.

Originally planned as a speaker lineup, the event turned into an interactive evening thanks to the high engagement and volume of audience questions. We spontaneously added a panel discussion, and the room stayed full until the final Q&A and into the networking session.

Our three featured speakers brought diverse perspectives from across industries—and gave a glimpse into how transformation really happens behind the scenes:

  • Kateřina Lesch (AI/ML Enablement Leader, EmbedIT / PPF Group) shared how AI is being embedded into everyday business—and how it helps her manage both career and family life.
  • Tereza Ondroušková (AI Transformation Officer, Raiffeisenbank) shared insights into how AI is reshaping the banking sector—and reflected briefly on her experience with our MBA Data & Analytics for Business Management, which supported her journey into leadership.
  • Marie Kalkusová (Data Product Owner, Česká spořitelna) highlighted how data shapes customer strategies—and how the same mindset applies to training for an Ironman triathlon.

Voices of Transformation is an invitation to exchange ideas, explore challenges, and meet others working at the intersection of data, AI, and leadership. Powered by the team behind Data Festival VŠE, the series is designed to spark practical dialogue and highlight real-world stories of transformation—across industries and roles.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, asked questions, and shared your energy. While the spring meetup is already in the works, you can revisit the atmosphere of this one through Martin Weinpold’s photo gallery.

Stay tuned for more opportunities to connect, share, and learn. And if you’re ready for your next challenge, explore our transformational MBA programs in Data and IT.
