Our April meetup explored how to lead IT teams across cultures

At the end of April, another Voices of Transformation meetup took place, this time focusing on leading IT teams in international environments. The Multicultural IT Leaders in Czechia meetup brought practical insights from working across countries, cultures, and time zones.

Paul Čejka, Alex Salvatore, and Madhumitha Rajasekar shared their hands-on experience working in international environments – many thanks to them for that. We also thank Jorge Cooper for moderating the discussion and adding valuable context, as well as all participants for the great atmosphere and open discussion.
